#95: doing the thing

👋 Welcome to the 95th issue of Out of Curiosity, a weekly newsletter promoting ideas to help get 1% better everyday.

My name is Reza, and every week, I go through nearly 100 pieces of content (from books and podcasts to newsletters and tweets), and bring you the best in this newsletter.

Fitness doesn't have an on/off switch, it's a lifestyle, and this is a major mindset shift you must make.

Perfect lifting form before going heavy.

It's not a meal unless it's loaded with protein.

📣 quick announcement

Since 2016, I've transformed my body and mind through weightlifting and functional training, dropping as much as 30 pounds and getting down to 9% body fat. This journey has taught me valuable lessons about mindset, nutrition, training, recovery, and supplements (shared in the article above).

I have an innate passion for teaching and helping others grow. This newsletter serves that purpose to some extent. Now, I’m excited to share my hard-earned fitness and nutrition knowledge with 2 people who’re serious about feeling their best and getting in the best shape of their life.

*If we end up working together, we’ll primarily focus on the following:

  • nutrition

  • training

  • sleep

  • lifestyle

It makes sense to me that “no worries if not” is largely a millennial refrain. It’s a cowed expression. In many ways, we’ve been cowed by orthodoxy, by decorum, by the way things have always been done, even if they don’t actually work for anyone anymore.

A dream doesn't always come screaming. Sometimes it whispers...

👋 Until next week,
